About me.

With 13 years’ experience in marketing I work across all sectors to improve digital and local marketing and social media presence.

I love to understand the story behind the business and the people that built it. I can then use this to ramp up the marketing and improve brand loyalty and reputation.

I am also forever learning and training as the marketing landscape changes so I can keep up to date and pass this on to my clients.

I have been running Lucy Guest Marketing since January 2020. Getting through a pandemic relatively unscathed has been quite a challenge but I have worked with some fantastic clients over this time, some of whom I still work with three and a half years later. You can read more about some of the people I have worked with here.

I also have a great network with suppliers and other specialists in hospitality, marketing, web development, PR and beyond so if there is some element I can’t provide I will certainly know the person that can.

A little about my previous experience - I joined Arc Inspirations in 2012 as Marketing Manager and opened and rebranded 15 bars across the 8 years in that role. My role also included ensuring all digital and local marketing was successful and on brand, market research, idea generation, event marketing as well as internal company communication to our 700 strong team across the bars.
